Good Morning,
Just stop by to wish you all a wonderful Sunday, Now you have to get out there and enjoy your day. It looks like it's going to be a hot one here in Pittsburg,Ca.
I'm having a little breakfast on Kesha. We had breakfast out this morning and don't forget to leave room for dessert. I made the dessert last night to go with dinner. lol

It's nice out here in Hayward. I did a 3-mile walk at the Hayward Regional Park. Now I'm looking at you blog and I see this delicious breakfast and that gorgeous banana split. If I indulged in either, I would just override all my hard work this morning. Fortunately for me I have a Red Velvet yogurt in there. I'll pretend that it's the real deal or either pretend it's that banana split.
Hey that sound good to. Keep up the good work.
UMMMM, looks sooo good. I have to get back to the workout routine because this weekend was bad for me since I spent it hanging with some friends and of course we went out for drinks and food. Workout here I come!
