Good Afternoon!!


Just a little up date on my travel. As you know on day 3 we left Texas and headed to New Mexico this was not a good drive. We were on I-40 and the snow Begin to fall down, so much so that we had a 2-3 hour detour because they closed down I-40 from San Rosa to Albuquerque.

We winded up going I-25 to Santa Fe then to Albuquerque. The weather was still bad when we continued through Albuquerque to Gallup then over the state line in to Arizona. We crept all the way from Sanders to Flagstaff to Kingman on ice roads.

We saw two cars that was turned over and a couple of cars that had spin out. It was not a pretty site, but now we have made it back to California and we are on the road to Bakerfields, then it off to Fresno, Modesto, Manteca, Tracy, Livermore, Dublin, Walnut Creek, Concord then Pittsburg California. Home Sweet Home. Thanks for sharing my trip back home.

Well Good Morning!

 Here it's day three we are leaving Amarillo TX now and on are way to California. But I will be stopping at hobby lobby before we get on the road. They are having a 50% sale going on with there  scrapbook paper.Thank for dropping by!

Just stop by to give a little update on where we are.Well we made it to Amarillo TX this morning,We drove all  day and night so we are going to stay over tonight and start out first thing in the morning. We should make it back to California by Friday  night I hope. We have about 1500 more miles to go.Thank for dropping by!

I don't know about you, but it's cold outside here in Tupelo Mississippi, where I'm at. Family members are telling me back home in Pittsburg California it is raining like cats and dogs!.  (lol) So I was thinking that today's layout should go along with the cold weather. I used the Cricut Winter Frolic cart on this layout along with Peach Keen Stamp (pk-520 Winter Face). I would like to thank all my follower for dropping by and leaving a comment. Today's layout is from Jolly Holiday. I though that the elf on this cart was very cute. I chose the elf that was putting on the Christmas Lights. I think he did a good job decorating the tree on my layout. Let me know what you think.

Here is a layout kit that I purchased from Scrapbook and More here in Mississippi. All the paper that was used in this kit, was picked out by the store. When putting this kit to together I put my own little twist on the layout by adding some fine glitter on the title. The only down side with this kit was that I could not purchase additional paper. Because they only purchased enough paper to make there kits up. But I liked how the layout was done.

Well, now its time to pop on over to Kesha's blog and see what she has going on over there! I wonder if she is keep-n-up!

Well I know I have been missing in action for just about 2 weeks! I had to do a little traveling, to Tupelo Ms. My MIL took ill about 3 weeks ago. I'm very sorry to say she passed away on November 12. I was just happy that we made it to town in time to spend the last 2 days with here before she passed. I know that she is in a better place right now, we miss and love you.  Thanks for stopping by

I would like to start off by say Go Giants @ don't forget to vote! I download the new up date for my Gypsy with out any problem. I had all the cartridge but two. Any whoo Here is my first cards using the smiley card cartridge. I did one with the peachy keen stamps by hiding the cut on the face so I could stamp one.I also use scrappy moms Stamp set.
