Hello Ladies & Gentlemen

Here is a card I saw on one of my favorite blog (Dawn's Stamping Thoughts) that I love to visit. She made this wonderful card for Halloween. So I told myself that I was going to make this card, so what do you think. I think I will give them to my granddaughter to give out at school for Halloween with a little candy bag.
